I had a great experience with Oakton Auto Body and can’t recommend them enough. I brought in an older car after scraping up the side, and I also had a few unrelated issues—a trunk that wouldn’t stay open and an A/C system that wasn’t working properly. Jay and his team took the time to look at everything and helped me get it all sorted out. What stood out most was how honest and straightforward they were throughout the process. They gave me their genuine recommendations, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. You can tell they care about doing right by their customers, not just selling additional work. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you’re looking for a shop that treats you fairly and takes pride in their work, Oakton Auto Body is a place you can trust.

I followed too close to a semi truck with snow on top of the trailer and a hard patch of ice hit the plastic vent type of piece on the front of my grill. Putting a small crack in the vent piece and cracked one of the sensors. I called Sherman dodge in Skokie and they referred me to Oakton Auto Body. From the first conversation to completion they were fantastic. I was able to bring my vehicle in , they inspected the damage immediately and ordered what I needed. I put a down payment and was called once the part came in to perform the repair. Costumer service was superb. Exactly what I needed in that moment. I was also elated with the cost. I would like to thank Oakton Auto Body for such a great experience. Nothing fancy about this place. Just outstanding repair and customer service with a price that was desirable. I highly recommend Oakton Auto Body For Repairs.

The work done was first rate. I could not tell the difference in the paint from the rest of the car and everything else was excellent. Jay was very courteous and helped with the State Farm claim. Excellent work from start to finish.
